Responsibilities:
Fast Track Partner Program
--- Learn the career through 6-12 months of production
--- Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner
--- Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position
--- Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds
--- Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements
--- Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals
--- Work with established partners and mentor-ship to achieve success
--- Build a team that can provide the education and service of clients in multiple areas of finance
--- Work directly with a top-notch service team in place to assist

Qualifications:
--- Experience working in sales is required
--- Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field
--- Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency are a bonus
--- Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful
--- Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional
--- Prefer industry experience
--- Insurance License preferred
--- Series 6 and Series 63 preferred
--- Self-motivated and natural leaders preferred
