We provide PICC and Midline insertions, Peripheral Venous Access as well as Continuing Education, Precepting and Consulting for Hospitals, Long-Term Care and other Healthcare Facilities.Great opportunity to join a growing company. We are a PE backed early-stage company comprised of professionals located 12 states throughout the United States and continuing to expand. The company is positioned for strong organic and acquisition growth. The person hired will be hands-on responsible for leading the financial reporting and controls of the business. This position will report directly to the CEO.Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing process Assist in establishing and administering proper controls, approvals and procedures for inventory procurement and capital expenditures Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position Assist in the development of corporate accounting department ultimately resulting in this positions leadership of AP, AR, payroll and treasury functions Offer analysis and detailed reporting of financial information on a timely basis, including driving KPI goals and operational compliance Create a cohesive, interactive relationship with operational leadership Assist in preparation and review of annual budget process Take lead on company financial audits Review/prepare account reconciliations and detail with accuracy and clarity. Prepare journal, adjusting and closing entries as required. Overall responsibility of accurate and timely financial reporting Assist as needed with acquisitions; including integration of accounting systems and policies with newly acquired businessesQualificationsExperience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area of study and 3+ years previous experience Strong knowledge in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and banking Strong knowledge of Excel, ability to problem solve, and demonstratable analytical skills Exceptional leadership, verbal and written communication skills Experience with medical services and/or inventory intensive industriesPreferred Experience: Sage Intacct, ADP Workforce Now and Salesforce experience highly desirable Casual work environment Hybrid position with flexibility for remote work with some in person work in Spokane area Salary and bonus potential, plus 401k, PTO, Medical insurance availableAdditional InformationVICthePICC OffersProfessional, fun, and positive work cultureCasual work environment Hybrid position with flexibility for remote work with some in person work in Spokane areaSalary based upon experience and bonus potential, plus 401k, PTO, Medical insurance availableHave questions about one of our positions?
