Job Description:
Position Summary: The NAOMI Office Administrator assists with
the management of all office and operational activities and serves
as the first point of contact for those seeking to get involved at
NAOMI from potential participants to volunteers and donors. *
Assists with coordination, planning and organization of projects
for volunteers to ensure exceptional operation of our three
transitional homes* Maintains all data entry in donor and volunteer
databases* Coordinates, plans, and organizes meetings; including
virtual conferences and minute taking as needed* Organizes and
implements volunteer and donor appreciation efforts* Assists with
organization of special events and fundraisers* Keeps
organizational calendar and assists the ED with correspondence*
Generates monthly financial and budget reports for Board and
Executive Director utilizing Quickbooks* Assists in the development
of the annual budgets and development calendar according to
strategic plan* Oversees petty cash transactions, issues bill
payments and conducts purchasing requests* Assists with the
development of grant application budgets and provides data
requested therein* Administers grants management and reporting to
grantors* Assists with the organization of all policies and
procedures for staff and board* Performs general clerical duties to
include but not limited to: scanning, copying, filing, and data
entry* Updates NAOMI website and volunteer recruitment websites*
Schedules social media content based on provided content plans*
Performs other job-related duties as assignedRequirements* Must be
extremely reliable, organized and personable* Must maintain
confidentiality with excellent communication skills both verbally
and in writing* Must work equally well independently and in teams
with the ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and adapt
to changes.* Must be proficient Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, and
Calendar), and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)Education and
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years administrative experienceMinimum
of 2 years customer service or team development
experienceAssociates degree preferredJob Type:* Part-Time (20-25
hrs/week) Mon-Fri. Hours are flexible and based on
availability.
