Providence is calling a Administrative Supervisor (Nursing Administration, Day Shift, 0.6 FTE) to Providence Mount Carmel Hospital in Colville, Washington. In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

• Support the Performance Improvement process
• Follow and supports hospital policies
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors
• Consider individual needs in communication with, assessment of, and treatment of patients and staff, including ethical, cultural, psychosocial, religious, and age-specific aspects to include infant through the elderly
• Support patient rights and the organization's code of ethical behavior
• Regular and predictable attendance is required for all positions
• Utilize the nursing process while prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care when delivering direct patient care Required qualifications for this position include:
  • Current RN licensure by Washington State Division of Professional Licensing
  • Must have current ACLS certification or actively be in the process of enrollment and certification
  • Must have Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification or actively be in the process of enrollment and certification
  • One (1) year Clinical experience Preferred qualifications for this position include:
