upon eligibility criteria. Position Summary: The Strategic Insights
Director supports and coordinates strategic initiatives to grow the
health centers' reach, services, and partnerships. This role is
responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing external
relationships, and supporting long-term sustainability efforts. The
Director works closely with the CSO and executive leadership to
align business development with organizational goals and community
needs. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth & Planning Supports
the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
expansion opportunities. Prepare summaries, analyses, and
recommendations for leadership review. Partnership & Relationship
Coordination Serves as a liaison to help maintain relationships
with healthcare systems, community organizations, payers, and
government agencies, in coordination with executive leadership.
Coordinates partner communications, meeting preparation, follow-up,
and documentation to support collaboration efforts. Supports
partnership agreement development by compiling requirements and
routing drafts for review; final negotiation and signature
authority remains with designated executives. Represent the health
center in external meetings and collaborative networks. Program
Implementation Coordination Collaborate with internal departments
to ensure operational readiness and sustainability. Works with
internal stakeholders to support operational readiness. Tracks
basic implementation milestones and elevates barriers/risks to the
CSO for direction and resolution. Grant & Funding Strategy Identify
funding opportunities aligned with strategic goals. Collaborate
with the grants team to support proposal development and reporting.
Ensure alignment between business development and financial
sustainability. Marketing & Communications Coordinates with the
communications team to support messaging and outreach related to
approved initiatives and partnerships. Assists in preparing
internal and external communications materials for leadership
review. Data & Reporting Tracks assigned business development
activities and KPIs using established tools and templates. Prepare
presentations and reports for the CSO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
Travel may be required. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor's
degree in business administration, Public Health, and Healthcare
Management or a related field preferred. 5–7 years of experience in
business development, strategic planning, or healthcare leadership.
Skills: Proven success in partnership development and program
expansion. Strong understanding of health center operations,
community health, and regulatory environments. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in
data analysis, project management, and CRM tools. Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to talk, hear and sit. The employee is occasionally
required to move around the facility; use hands to finger, handle,
or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stop,
kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or
