engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing

here.Education:Bachelor's Degree Construction Management,
Construction Engineering Management, Civil or Mechanical
Engineering, or related field.Experience:One (1) year Field
Engineering experience or Internship with Heavy Civil or Marine
Construction group as Field Engineer Intern.Skills:Proficient with
wide range of software including, AutoCAD, Blue Beam, HeavyBid,
HeavyJob, MS Project or P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.Use logic
and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative
solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.Ability to use
mathematics and scientific rule/methods to solve problems.Ability
to determine the kinds of tools and equipment needed to complete a
project.Excellent communication skills in verbal, written,
telephone, email, and presentations.Strong organizational and time
management skills; excellent verbal communications skills and
ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within
the organization; ability to work under pressure and meet
established goals and objectives, and strong creative
problem-solving skills are required.Ability to multi-task,
prioritize, and work independently as well as in team environments,
often under tight deadline situations, in a dynamic fast paced work
environment.Ability to work and thrive in a collaborative team
environment.Physical Demands / Working Environment:Prolonged
periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Working
outdoors in various temperatures and conditions.Wears various PPE
(respirators, fall protection, etc.).Will travel on various land,
water and aircraft.Will sit and stand for several hours at a
time.Lifting, climbing, pulling, pushing, squatting for various
