You'll ensure all systems perform to specifications, verify wiring and control logic, and maintain quality standards for a smooth project handoff to customers. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration or controls installation/start-up Valid 06A HVAC Electrical license is highly preferred Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, and control sequences Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams Experience with control system programming or commissioning is preferred EPA certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Must have a reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial refrigeration start-up and commissioning Familiarity with building automation or control systems (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls) Sheet metal or piping installation experience NATE Certification or equivalent trade credentials
