Your role with us:

As a Project Engineering Manager for Pearson Packaging Systems, you will provide engineering and project knowledge to manage the production of automated packaging machinery. Day to day, you would provide the leadership and organizational skills required to direct engineering teams in the execution of complex engineering projects and deliver high-quality products on-time and on-budget.

How you will contribute to our growth:

By preparing, scheduling, and monitoring engineering work assignments to ensure project performance objectives are achieved and materials budgets are met. You will coordinate and perform troubleshooting of challenges occurring during concept generation, design, production, and servicing of secondary packaging machinery

Through leading our Engineering staff to success by training, developing, mentoring

What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
2+ years of experience with administering a Performance Management Program with assigned engineering employees
10+ years of experience in machinery design
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate assigned projects, and to train and guide team members through the production processes.
Demonstrated ability to provide sound judgment and the ability to lead and organize cross-functional teams, in a professional manner.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of Engineering processes and their effect on company processes.
Demonstrate ability to accept responsibility and accountability of new and varied assignments.
Excellent technical, verbal communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
