Company (TCCC) is transforming its approach and capabilities as it
relates to social listening & engagement service provision.
Specifically, we are creating a Marketing and Public Affairs
Communications & Sustainability (PACS) cross-functional team that
enables us to proactively engage directly with our consumers,
turning this marketing and consumer connection into a competitive
advantage. Next generation listening and publishing capabilities
are at the heart of this transformation and TCCC is building a
dedicated global leadership team to ensure the provision of an
end-to-end social listening and engagement platform across all
markets.We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social
Listening & Engagement Manager, who will be supporting social team
that runs the social media marketing operations for the J&K
Operating Unit (OU). The social team are responsible for planning,
implementing, managing, and monitoring the social media strategy
for the company to increase brand awareness, engage in proactive
positive consumer interaction, and build relationship with
influencers and external stakeholders.Function Related
Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Be the key enabler of the biggest transformation in The
Coca-Cola Company within Marketing and Public Affairs,
Communication and Sustainability (PACS) by championing and driving
the Social Listening & Engagement transformation initiatives across
Japan & Korea OU
- Envision and operationalize the roadmap to turn the global
Social Listening & Engagement Platform Services function into the
#1 consumer relationship function at The Coca-Cola Company
- Design, develop, implement, and manage our social media
strategy that are aligned with business goals
- Expand social touchpoints across all channels where can trigger
consumers' awareness, engagement, and purchase action throughout
the consumer experience
- Plan, manage, and publish social media content, and analyze
with KPI tracking on always-on, campaigns, and community management
by leveraging our social media marketing tools (Sprinklr, Netbase,
etc)
- Develop innovative solutions to improve and increase consumer
engagement on digital platforms to help grow brand metrics and
organic brand advocacy
- Oversee and manage our branded social media accounts across
most relevant social platforms and across our portfolio
- Perform monitoring on social conversations and trends to gain
insights on audience preferences and sentiments through social
listening and analytics
- Drive and support Studio X Implementation for Social Listening
and Engagement integration on J&K OU experience loop with
WPP
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and
technologies, bringing those learnings to help build best-in-class
consumer engagement capabilities internally
- Be the key point of contact and connector with internal
cross-functional teams (Category, Frontline Marketing, IMX and
PACS)Education Requirements:Minimum bachelor's degree required
Related Work Experience:
- 10+ years of work experience preferred
- Proven work experience in, and passion for, social media
marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication, or similar role
- Fluent in Japanese (Native-level), Great written, verbal, and
interpersonal communication skills in English is preferred.
- Ability to work in agile cross-functional teams and effectively
collaborate with regional teams, key stakeholders, and external
partners
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical
teams is preferred. Experience working with local markets and/or
the bottler is considered an asset
- Experienced people/performance management of small to mid-size
teams
- Proven decision-making, multi-tasking, influencing, and
problem-solving skills
- Hands on experience in content management and ability to lead
the team to deliver creative content.
- Ability to analyze data to establish and monitor performance
metrics, determine resource needs, and manage cost to serve
- Ability to translate data into insights, especially those
related to social conversations and to the changing consumer
