Job Description:
As the Human Resources Director - you will partner with senior
leaders of multiple corporate functions to craft, develop, and
implement effective people strategies to shape and establish
business plans and long-range goals. The role will partner with
senior leadership and their teams as the subject matter authority
on HR standard methodologies to help champion excellence in people
development, operational efficiencies and talent retention. This
role reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategy. -
Candidate to be based in Seattle, WA. Relocation assistance
available. Positions at this location may require proof of COVID-19
vaccination, boosters, and/or regular COVID testing. Where

will be considered. Responsibilities: --- - -Collaborate with
leaders to develop HR strategies and initiatives that support
strategic objectives and mitigate risk
--- - -Work closely with - HR subject matter authorities and other
partner functions to develop solutions to meet the Company
needs
--- - -Focuses on People Development and builds a culture of career
growth and achieving full potential.
--- - -Crafts engagement plans with a diversity and inclusion lens.
Promotes a respectful culture, treating each other and those we
interact with, with kindness and respect.
--- - -Increases labor efficiency and mitigates risk.
--- - -Provides consultative support in organizational development
and performance management that improves efficiency, streamlines
administration and enables standard methodologies to be transferred
through the organization.
--- - -Ensures meaningful analytics are in place to drive business
results and uses data to influence outcomes. Identifies any
technological impact on business processes to ensure maximum
advantage in enabling process analysis, decision making and
reporting.
--- - -Align HR policies, practices, and systems to support
business priorities and strategic objectives Skills:
--- - -Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a
related field preferred
--- - -10+ years' human resources experience, including 2-3 years
exposure to a multi-state, multi-unit environment.
--- - -2+ years' experience leading a team.
--- - -Experience in at least two different HR functional
advantageous (ex. Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation,)
Financial competence and ability to anticipate, recognize and
define challenges from both a global and finite perspective,
collect data, establish facts, and draw logical and valid
conclusions.
--- - -Operations experience; familiarity with working in a
corporate setting; both non-union and union exposure; and
championing the efforts of creativity through diverse population a
