This hospital is looking for a RN Quality Nurse who can:

Collaborate with Departments and interdisciplinary teams
Develop and implement quality strategies to improve care and processes
Develop/enhance quality management infrastructure including knowledge transfer
Evaluate Clinical Metrics and Adverse Event Reviews
Evaluate Performance Improvement Initiatives, Education and Regulatory Oversight and Preparedness.
Facilitate service and financial outcomes
