Description RN - Inpatient Dialysis - (72 hours per 2-week pay
period, Day shift) Providence is offering up to $15,000 Hiring
Bonus for eligible RN candidates who meet all conditions for

Required qualifications:
- Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher within three (3) years
of hire
- A RN with twenty (20) years of RN experience will not be
required to obtain a BSN
- Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license
- If RN holds a multi-state license through the Nurse Licensure
Compact (NLC), the RN must adhere to the requirements of licensure
in the new state(s) of hire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Card must be
from the following authorized governing bodies:
- American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),
- American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider),
-or-
- Military Training Network (MTN) - (BLS Provider) upon hire
- One (1) year of acute care experience working with the patient
population similar to department of hire -or- completion of the
specialty residency located at Providence Sacred Heart Medical
Center & Children's Hospital
- 6 months prior dialysis experience, must be able to take call
on a rotational basis Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing upon hire
