Nursing Assistant responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect
patient care Assist with delegated activities of the nursing plan,
transportation, and clerical tasks. Assist the RN with implementing
the patient care plan which includes maintaining accurate: records,
patient documentation, patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional
standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and
local requirements at all times. Available Shifts: 4, 8,10 and 12
hour shifts Day, Evening and Night shifts Full-time positions
available (30-40 hrs/week) Part-time positions available (20-29
hrs/week) Supplemental positions available (0-19 hrs/week) Benefits
for Full-Time employees (30-40 hours/week): Coverage startsthe 1st
of the month following date of hire. Paid Medical and Dental plans
as well as other plan options for an additional cost to the
employee. Vision plan, Short-Term Disability coverage and optional
Life and AD&D Insurance. Paid Long-Term Disability and Life and
AD&D Insurance. 403b Retirement plan options with company
matching ranging from 1%-4% of the employee's contribution.

Tuition Reimbursement Program. Benefits for Part-Time employees
(20-29 hours/week): Available on date of hire. 403b Retirement plan

Tuition Reimbursement Program. Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO is accrued
per hour worked and accrual rates vary based on years of service
completed. Accrual rates range from 0.03847 to 0.09616 hours
accrued for each hour worked. Unused PTO rolls over each year up to
a maximum total of 315 hours. Supplemental employees do not accrue
PTO. Paid Sick Leave is accrued separate from PTO at an accrual
rate of 1 hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked. Paid
Holidays (9 days per calendar year). Supplemental employees do not
receive Holiday pay. Current HCA or Caregiver certification. High
school diploma or GED. Certified Nursing Assistant license must be
acquired within 120-days of employment. Must commit to 12 months of
full-time employment. CPR and First Aid certified or acquired
within 30 days of employment. Washington State Food Handler's
permit or acquired within 30 days of employment. Experience working
