Director of Nursing - Home Health Care Experience - Spokane, WA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) with home health care experience to lead our team in Spokane, WA. As the DON, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our agency, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, including Clinical Managers and field nurses.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Manage staffing levels and schedules, and ensure that all patients receive timely and appropriate care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, and implement strategies to improve quality of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records. Qualifications:
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as DON in assisted living, home health. and memory care.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of home health care best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, patients, and their families.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
