Excellent OD Opportunity who invests in their Doctors and their professional growth!Eye Care Practice has 2 new openings, at 2 of 8 of their locations due to recent expansion! They have an opening to add a new Optometrist at their Billings, Montana location and Clarkston Washington.Re-location included in compensation is provided if needed.Unlimited PTO, Vacation, Provides 350.00 Health Stipend, and 401 K.Montana-Billings and Fairbanks Office: Offers Housing for up to 2 years, with the option to pay monthly rent after 2 years is up.This is mostly a primary eye care practice, with a fairly healthy demographic of patients.Practice sees a wide variety of patients, ranging from pediatric andgeriatric populations. The clinic has state-of-the-art equipment, including automated phoropters in every room Optos Monaco -- which we perform on each patient.Eyefinity Practice Management and EHR, Cloud based Monaco OPTOS, Telemedicine technology available.Schedule is alternating M-F, Tue-Sat. Hours M-F 10-6pm Sat 9:30-4:00. Office is closed for 60 min lunch (M-F) to allow the doctor to complete referrals and charting. Last patient scheduled at 5:20 (20min encounters) Max 33 hours/weekResponsibilities of the Optometrist (OD):- Diagnose ocular disease and vision disorders- Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations- 2 patients an hour eventually seeing 3 patients an hour- Initial CL fit (placing the lenses on patients eye; verify fit prior to removal/insertion)- Co-managing ocular disease, pre-op and post-op care- 3 days a week will be working with another OD. 2 days solo after 60 day period.- Techs perform NCT/IOP, OPTOS, CL I/R, Scheduling, Billing.Our client is ready to hire!
