Northeast Washington Alliance Counseling services seeks a compassionate, full-time general Mental Health Counselor, MSW, or Marriage and Family Therapist for its center in Colville, Washington. Job duties include working with patients of all ages and providing crisis response services to agency clients as needed. The ideal candidate joins a collaborative multi-disciplinary team that fosters an engaging and rewarding work culture. • Flexible, 40-hour work schedule
• Automated intelligence integrates with EHR to ease "progress noting"
• 2+ years' experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
• Experience with evidence-based practices preferred
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Washington State license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the Department of Health of the State of Washington

• Compensation is between $75,300 and $95,400 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
