Looking for LPN or RN to join our team! We offer $500 bonus for completing necessary trainings in the first 90 days! Enhanced Care Facility in the Spokane Valley is looking for a full-time dedicated nurse! We are a smaller facility with only 16 beds. Our facility leans more towards the mental health side of care then ADL's. Nurses assist with medications, continuance of care, and residents needs If interested and not sure what we are all about, reach out and we will happily schedule a tour with you!! Why we are different: 1) Consistent schedule 2) 12 hour shifts 3) Small company, one lead nurse 4) 16 residents in the facility at capacity, minimum 3 caregivers on the floor and a mental health professional either on the floor or on-call. Additionally there are other support roles as well who are also on-site to provide support. 5) Have the ability to spend time with residents, have the ability to provide actual input to a resident's care needs that leads to individualized supports. 6) Involved in the process of following up on medication changes and medical appointments for residents. Only nursing staff pass medications. Competitive pay and benefits. Differentials for nights, weekends, and covering shifts! Holiday pay, bonus opportunities, etc. Shifts: Thursday, Friday, Saturday NOC shift Base pay: $34 to $36 per hour $4 per hour for NOC shift $2 per hour for weekend shifts (includes Friday night and Satruday night) Benefits: 1) Medical insurance 2) Dental insurance 3) Vision insurance 4) PTO (accrued) 5) We offer many differentials for pay compensation 6) Quarterly bonus program!
