That's why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.*Program Dietitian - Adolescent IOP Program**Compensation Range:** Program Dietitian: $27.37 - $41.05* $2,000 Sign-on Bonus_Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position._*Schedule:** Part Time, 0.5 FTE (20hrs/wk), Remote, working within the Adolescent IOP program operating times of approximately Monday through Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm.*How Program Dietitians Empower Recovery:** Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standard* Provides individualized nutrition therapy to all assigned patients.* Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standards.* Provides group nutrition education as assigned.* Supports plating and provides active meal coaching/support for clients in Therapeutic Supported Meals as assigned.* Contributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.* Provides nutrition specific transition/aftercare planning for all patients including communication with internal and external dietitians to ensure coordination of care.* Documents all nutrition care in a clear, concise, and professional manner using the EHR, in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory standards.*Qualifications:** National Registered Dietitian credential required.* Current Washington State Registered Dietitian license required* ServSafe Food Handler certification required* Washington Food Safety Handlers Permit*What We Offer:* (Benefits Offered with Full Time positions)* Medical - Blue Cross Blue Shield. PTO is accrued throughout the year and can be used for vacation, personal and sick time and accrues based on compensated hours.* Holidays: Employees not working at a residential or inpatient facility are eligible for 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday Non-exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility will receive premium pay at a rate of double time if they are scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.* Employees hired on or after February 20, 2022, will receive premium pay at a rate of time and-a-half if scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.* Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period.
