Confidential Oral Surgeon Opportunity Spokane, WA (Part-Time)A modern, patient-centered oral surgery practice in Spokane, WA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing team on a part-time basiswith the potential to increase days in the future as demand continues to grow.Position Highlights:* Part-time schedule with flexibility and room to grow* State-of-the-art, brand new facility with the latest surgical technology* Strong and consistent referral base from neighboring Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental partners* Collaborative and supportive clinical environment* Confidential opportunity with competitive compensation - starting at 42% of Collections.Responsibilities:* Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, and management of pathology* Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with oral health conditions requiring surgical intervention* Collaborate with referring dentists, orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient care* Administer anesthesia including local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and IV sedation in accordance with state regulations and patient needs* Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA and practice policies* Educate patients and/or guardians on post-operative care, risks, and expected outcomes of procedures* Ensure surgical operatory is sterile and equipped with appropriate tools, supplies, and staff support* Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery* Contribute to the practices reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate careQualifications:* DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school* Completed residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery* Board-certified or board-eligible* Active Washington State Dental License (or eligible to obtain)* Active DEA LicenseIf you are a motivated and caring Oral Surgeon looking for a confidential opportunity to work in a modern, high-quality setting with an established referral network, we would love to speak with you.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $300,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)Medical Specialty:* Anesthesiology* SurgerySchedule:* 8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):* Have you completed an OMS residency?
