Description The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Required Qualifications: - PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy Or - Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy - Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License - Can work variable shift and during weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications: - Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience - Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
