Director of Nursing, you will spearhead the culture and vision for
nursing practice, integrating this across our urban system of
interdisciplinary patient care providers. You will be responsible
for leading a variety of critical services, including: Telemetry
Units: Oversee the staff of the Telemetry unit performing
continuous monitoring of their vital signs, particularly their
heart rhythm using Electrocardiogram (ECG) monitors, Blood pressure
monitors, Oxygen saturation monitors, and Respiratory rate
monitors. Admit Transfer Center: Oversee the staff of the Service
Area Transfer Center for the coordinates patient care and
admissions into our hospitals. Neurology Units and Services:
Oversee the staff who provide treatment for disorders of the
nervous system, offering a wide range of services such as
neurological investigations, neurophysiological testing EEG and
EMG, and management of conditions like stroke, epilepsy, and
multiple sclerosis. What You’ll Do? Strategic Integration : Align
nursing practice with our organizations Mission, Vision, and Values
through a cohesive urban strategic plan. Operational Leadership :
Assume 24/7 accountability for the quality and safety of care,
leading both operational management and professional development.
Performance Enhancement : Create and execute a performance
assessment and improvement plan with interdisciplinary team input.
Collaborative Excellence : Foster collaboration across service
lines and departments to maintain consistent standards of care.
What You’ll Bring? Educational Background: Bachelors Degree in
Nursing or related field; Masters Degree in a health-related field,
preferably nursing. Experience: 5 years in an acute care setting in
a managerial or leadership capacity. Leadership Style : Display a
professional, participative, and facilitative approach, mentoring
managers to include staff in decision-making processes. Technical
Expertise : Utilize nursing excellence standards and business
principles to meet performance and quality targets. Clinical
Autonomy : Promote clinical and organizational autonomy, ensuring

$ 72.05 - $ 113.76 The amounts listed are the base pay range;
additional compensation may be available for this role, such as
shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra
shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
