House Supervisor RN - Rehabilitation at Providence Health and Services summary: The House Supervisor RN - Rehabilitation oversees nursing staff and manages patient care delivery in the absence of administrative personnel within a rehabilitation hospital setting. This role supports operational aspects including patient throughput and nursing personnel development, requiring nursing licensure and leadership experience. Description Providence is offering up to $20,000 hiring bonus to work night shift and up to $15,000 to work day shift for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. Acts in the absence of specific hospital administrative personnel and department managers. Assists in the assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating delivery of patient care. Supports administrative direction to development and evaluation of all nursing personnel; assists in maintaining operational aspects of hospital departments, including patient throughput. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
