Radiology Technologist – Diagnostic Imaging at Providence Health and Services summary: The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic imaging exams such as Radiology and CT scans to assist radiologists in patient diagnosis. They provide quality patient care, participate in on-call schedules, and contribute to departmental improvements. The role requires specific certifications and training, with a focus on patient-centered healthcare within a hospital setting. Description Provides quality care to patients. Performs Radiology/CT exams proficiently to provide Inland Imaging Radiologist with accurate information to reach an interpretation. Participates in scheduled 24 hour on call availability, assuring evening and weekend coverage. Participates in the growth and development of the DI department and contributes ideas. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: The equivalent of two years community college/vocational training in an accredited radiological technologist training program. Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire. National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
