Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Spokane, WA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,802 to $1,996 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title Registered Nurse - ICU City/State: Spokane, Washington Shift: 12H Nights, Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00 Contract Length: 12.00-3,89 Start Date: 03/09/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the ICU will provide specialized nursing care with a focus on medical ICU patients, including those with conditions such as DKA, ARDs, and sepsis. They will also manage patients in the surgical ICU, neuro scenarios, and provide comprehensive cardiac care as required by the unit. Responsibilities: Provide patient care for medical ICU conditions like DKA, multiorgan failure, and sepsis. Manage surgical and neuro ICU patients, along with CVICU post-operative cardiac care. Float to respiratory unit, surgical, tele, PCU, or ED as needed. Maintain and monitor medical equipment and patients' conditions accurately. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU setting. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication titration, proning, and hypothermia protocol. Proficiency in using EPIC charting system, BD Alaris IV Pumps, and Pyxis. Travel experience is strongly preferred.
