Job Description:
Description Under the direction of laboratory leadership, the
Phlebotomist obtains accurate and reliable blood and body fluid
specimens from properly identified adult and/or pediatric patients.
Identifies phlebotomy difficulties, defines appropriate solutions
and coordinates resources. Maintains outstanding relationships with
client and technical staff. The phlebotomist is responsible for
obtaining, preparing and ensuring specimen integrity of specimens
such as blood, urine, sputum, stool and various cultures by
logging, spinning, and distributing to laboratory testing areas.
Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and

phlebotomy program administered by an accredited postsecondary
school or college or a phlebotomy training program., Or equivalent
education/experience Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant
Phlebotomist Certification 6 months Phlebotomy experience. Why Join

for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
