patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans under
physician direction. Deliver hands-on therapy to restore function,
mobility, and reduce pain. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to set and achieve meaningful recovery goals. Educate patients and
families on therapy techniques and progress. Document patient
condition and progress in compliance with state and federal
regulations. Ensure punctuality and reliability for scheduled

Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an
accredited Physical Therapy program. Licenses/Certification:
Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed. Current
CPR certification. Experience: Six months experience in a long-term
care environment preferred.
