Job Description:
Description The RN Nurse Clinician provides holistic care to
terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and their families by
assessing the needs of the patient, and then planning,
coordinating, implementing, and as needed, revising the Plan of
Care. The RN Nurse Clinician works collaboratively with the
interdisciplinary hospice group (IDG)with the goals of anticipating
changes in the patient‘s condition, avoiding crises, promoting
patient and family choice, ensuring continuity of care, and
enhancing the quality of life of dying patients. Shift, schedule
and caseload of shifts and caseload may vary according to position

them. Required Qualifications: Associate‘s Degree in Nursing or
Bachelor‘s Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ/experience Upon
hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire:
Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Facility Managed)
Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of Nursing experience; some
pediatric nursing experience required for a position in the
Pediatric Programs. Prior Hospice, Homecare, Long Term Care,

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range
for this position. The successful candidate‘s placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
