Job Description:
Job Description Providence is seeking a full-time
Endocrinologist Physician to analyze and evaluate patients and
their medical histories for signs and symptoms of hormonal
imbalances. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to
support accurate diagnoses. Discuss findings and diagnoses with
patients, explaining treatment options clearly and compassionately.
Provide guidance on medications, lifestyle modifications, dietary
changes, and other preventive measures. Conduct follow-up
appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient
records. Devote appropriate time to patient care in accordance with
sound medical judgment. Deliver reasonable, prudent, and
appropriate medical treatment to all patients. Ensure the quality,
rationale, and methods of treatment meet professional standards.
Select appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes for services
rendered. Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other
physicians, providers, and staff. Adhere to a shared call schedule
to ensure continuity of care and patient needs are consistently
met. Timely and accurately complete all medical documentation and
records in accordance with Providence Clinic standards. Participate
in quality assessment initiatives, medical education programs, and
teaching activities. Ensure compliance with all applicable
requirements set by the Washington State Department of Health, The
Joint Commission, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service.
Applicants must have: Medical Degree or foreign degree equivalent.
WA State medical license. Completion of Internal Medicine residency
program. Completion of fellowship program in Endocrinology
Compensation is between $275,120 - $347,600 per year Where You’ll
