Job Description Internal Medicine opening in Washington - Visa
EligibleLocated in Pullman, WA - Spokane 80mFull-time;
PermanentEmployedH1B Visa Assistance Overview: - Work with the
healthcare team to provide patients with family medicine medical
care services within the standard of care for family medicine
patients. - Provides and manages direct patient care, including
physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and
treatment for a specified patient population. - Prescribes
pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat
identified and documented medical conditions. - Order laboratory
and diagnostic tests and refer patients to specialists and to
relevant patient care components as appropriate. - Analyze reports,
test results, medical records, and examinations to diagnose
condition of patients and propose treatment options. - Discuss
potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients and
ensure that all allergy information is up to date before
prescribing medication/treatment. - Provide advice to patients for
lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help
treat the health issue they are experiencing. - Directs and
coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support
staff as required. - Adhere to organization and departmental
policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality
improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection
control standards. - Document patient care conversations, care
provided, and all other work as defined by organizational standards
in the EMR. Comp/Benefits: - Salary Range: $287,000-$350,000
Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related
