to find a qualified OR RN in Spokane, Washington, 99204! Job Title:
Operating Room RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating
Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10
hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid RN
license required Certifications: CNOR, BLS Must-Have: Proficient in
circulating pediatric, ENT, and plastic surgery cases. Previous
charge experience preferred. Description: This position requires an
Operating Room Registered Nurse. The nurse will float between units
and may be required to work at an outpatient surgical center.
On-call shifts may include weeknights and weekends. Weekends are
required for call only. Block scheduling is not required. Expected
patient ratios are 1:1. Candidates should have experience with
various surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, neuro,
ENT, plastics, pediatrics, robotics, and transplant surgeries.
Special equipment and procedures involve trauma cases and robotic
surgeries. Candidates must be proficient in working with pediatric
cases. The nurse will be part of an interdisciplinary team
including IV teams, physical therapy, and rapid response teams. The
hospital operates as a teaching facility and serves a diverse
patient demographic including neonates, adolescents, infants,
adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Travelers may be expected to
float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may result in
termination of assignment. Compliance with travel policies is
required. Modules are non-billable and the time spent on completion
is self-reported. Completion of modules is required prior to the
