Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred Community hospital
experience preferred Travel experience required Description: Travel
experience is required. WA license must be in hand. The position
may float between units. Remote locations may involve travel up to
25 minutes away. On-call is not required. Weekends are required
every other week. Block schedules are required. Expected patient
ratios are 1:3. Special requirements may involve floating to
another facility. Hospital is a critical access facility. Total
staff beds available are 23. Scrub color for staff is flexible. The
charting system used is Epic. There is no parking fee. Daily census
typically averages 10 patients. The unit sees an estimated 10
visits per day. The total number of patient beds is 25.
Interdisciplinary support will be available from respiratory
services and rapid response teams. Patients may include neonates
and adults. Previous work at other similar facilities may be
beneficial. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby
facilities. Refusal to float may lead to termination of assignment.
Completion of modules is required pre-start and annually. Time
spent on modules is self-reported. Collaboration and teamwork are
essential in this role. Candidates must submit references covering
