Job Description:

Supervise, educate, coach, and mentor nursing staff, and foster a caring environment that respects our patients' dignity
Lead and manage nursing care on your ward and shift, including administering medications and treatments
Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to maintain a high quality of nursing care for people being treated for behavioral health conditions
Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team that plans, delivers, and evaluates all patient care provided
Respond in a lead role in case of a health emergency and therapeutically intervene to de-escalate patients' behavior
