Physician - Pediatrics - Endocrinology

Job Details:

• Provide pediatric endocrinology coverage one week per month for ongoing, consistent care
• 
  
• Standard outpatient clinic schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 
  
• See 8-10 patients per day with 1-hour appointments for new patients and diabetic appointments
• 
  
• 30-minute follow-up appointments scheduled
• 
  
• Minimal weekend rounding during call coverage
• 
  
• 24-hour beeper call responsibility
• 
  
• Both inpatient and outpatient coverage required
• 
  
• Must be board certified in pediatric endocrinology
• 
  
• Fellowship training required (2 years)
• 
  
• Active medical license or IMLC required
• 
  
• DEA registration required
• 
  
• References must be included with presentation
• 
  
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime after 8 hours
