Job Description:

Job Responsibilities * Create relationships with potential customers and manage sales process within a defined territory * Grow business by selling Command Alkon products and services to both prospective and current customer base while providing exceptional customer service * Sales Opportunities will be generated in the Construction Materials Ecosystem; specifically Concrete, Manufactured Concrete, and Bulk Materials (Aggregate, Asphalt, Cement, Recycling, etc.) industries through marketing, trade shows, and industry association events * Effectively manage sales calls and objections * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs * Develop creative solutions to close business * Generate price quotes and approvals * Provide support with business partners that represent our interest in the market. * Develop and maintain product knowledge * Develop and maintain accurate forecast and sales pipeline * Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes within schedule * Keep abreast of industry best practices and promotional trends * Continuously improve through feedback * Maintain current information in CRM database * Command Alkon products within job profile include: o COMMANDbatch systems or legacy system conversions as applicable. o COMMANDbatch CP control system. o Application Software Solutions (COMMANDseries, Integra, COMMANDqc, and Apex) o Implementation labor with new systems o MOBILEconnect Subscription Solutions o TrackIt, HaulIt and TrackIt 3P Subscriptions o Other products defined by Sales Management Job Requirements * Proven work experience as a sales professional * Excellent knowledge of MS Office * Utilize CRM database to help manage business and profile customers and prospects * 50%+ travel required within the defined territory. Valid US Driver's License required * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback * BS/BA degree or equivalent
