Customer Service Representative - ClaimsService Center Operations-West12410 East Mirabeau Parkway Spokane Valley, WA 99216Are you looking for a job in a growing industry with new products, new markets and new technology?The feelings mutual.ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional customer serviceAssists customers with new and existing claimsInvolvement with roadside assistance and glass programsTraining will be providedSchedule and SalaryThe 37.5 hour work week is outlined below:Week 1 Monday-Friday 2:30-10pm, Week 2 will including Saturday hours 1:30-9pm with a day off during the week (TBD). 10% shift differential would apply.A starting gross annual salary of $34,706 ($17.80 hourly) and an additional 5 - 10% shift differential depending on the shift.Now offering a $2,500 Signing Bonus for new candidates! To qualify for the Signing Bonus, applicants must have started their position on or after 6/1/2021 or have accepted a position no later than 12/31/2021. The Signing Bonus will be structured in two, gross, equal lump sum payments. The first payment of $1,250 will be issued on the last pay date of the month following the employees successful completion of the orientation period (generally the 1st of the month following three complete months of employment). The second payment of $1,250 will be issued on the last pay date of the month following the employees six-month anniversary from the date of hire. Signing Bonus payments are subject to Federal, State, and Local taxes where applicable.
