As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will supervise a team 40+ individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell's Performance Materials & Technology (PMT) production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact business results.

Thursday: 1 PM to 5 PM
Friday through Sunday: 5 PM to 5 AM


  • Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities
  • Motivate and supervise production employees
  • Proactively act upon employee relations opportunities
  • Ensure quality standards are being followed
  • Analyze production information using SAP and other computer programs
  • Oversee daily production to ensure production goals are achieved
  • Investigate and report when production standards are not met
  • Manage employee timecards and time-off requests to ensure accurate payroll and adequate coverage
  • Monitor practices to ensure they comply with company policies
  • Support plant programs by actively participating in daily audits, GEMBAs, incident investigation, and continuous improvement programs
  • Champion continuous improvement projects and ensure gains made from initiatives are sustained
  • Investigate and recommend improvements related to near miss, property damage, or employee injury incidents
  • Evaluate equipment and material problems and interact with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and others to resolve
  • Performance Management of employees, including coaching, conducting performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure employee training is current and knowledge retainedCompensation & Benefits:

    Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 2 plus years' leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
    • 2 plus years' Continuous Improvement tools experience, such as Kaizen, GEMBA, Root Cause Analysis tools, Six Sigma
    • 2 plus years' experience working with OSHA safety standards
    • 2 plus years' Computer proficiency (MS Office experience)WE VALUE (nice to have)
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
      • SAP Experience
      • A strong commitment to safety and quality
      • Ability to handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure
      • Outstanding problem-solving skills
      • Experience with supervising a large team in a multi-shift environment
      • Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
