This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and involves a strong emphasis on quality, freshness, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Intermediate ski or snowboard experience is preferred due to location. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities : Execute all food preparation tasks, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. Efficiently cook and assemble a variety of menu items. Maintain clean kitchen and organized pantry and cooler. Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleaning procedures. Secondary Responsibilities : Assist with general kitchen duties, which may include dishwashing and receive deliveries. Shovel snow Other duties as assigned Specific Job Skills : License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification (training provided) Technical - Cooking Skills/Basic kitchen skills. Able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level. Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally. Additional - Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards. Education/Related Experience : Minimum education required - English reading, writing and communication, basic math Minimum time in related position - 6 monthskitchen experience preferred
