company culture. What you'll do:Identify avian, rodent, and other
pest species by sight, sound, or predation evidence in complex
commercial situations, including food production and storage
facilitiesPlan and implement solutions to exclude and eliminate
pests, including fumigations, bird work, cockroach cleanouts,
bedbug treatments, and moreBuild professional relationships with
clients and use a consultative sales approach to secure new
businessInspect client sites, prepare audits, and write proposals
to document pest activity and solutions Help protect the health and
safety of your community by recognizing and controlling pest

Requirements:
What you bring to this role:2+ years in commercial pest control or
wildlife management (required), with experience in fumigation and
bird work (preferred)WA State pest control license (required), ACE
or BCE (preferred)Experience with QA, 3rd Party Audits, and/or
proposal writingHigh school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's
License and Clean Motor Vehicle RecordCovid-19 vaccinationAttention

and team performance Detailed Job Description:Position Summary The
primary function of the Technical Specialist is to provide pest
control and inspection services to commercial clients according to
established standards for timeliness and quality. The Technical
Specialist will develop cordial professional relationships with
clients to fully understand their unique business challenges, offer
knowledgeable guidance, recommend actions, and solve a wide variety
of pest management problems. The Technical Specialist reports to
the Branch Manager and partners with Operations Managers, Sales
Reps, and a team of technicians to continually grow and improve
business operations. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage a
dedicated route of commercial clients, delivering uncompromising
service in a professional, safe, friendly, and cordial
mannerParticipate in training and certification programs, then
apply knowledge to locate, identify, destroy, control, and repel
pestsPartner with client and technical specialists to solve
complicated pest problems Provide proactive, knowledgeable guidance
to customers, effectively communicating options and recommendations
for managing new or complex pest problemsProvide uncompromising
service, aiming to exceed client expectations in every
interactionSet up, monitor, and tear down equipment for new
installations and specialized treatmentsRespond quickly and
professionally to client complaints and service requestsWork a
flexible schedule as needed to meet client expectations, managing
schedule and route to address urgent and unscheduled services in a
timely mannerDrive and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized
company service vehicle according to Sprague and DOT
standardsMaintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and
materials in company vehicleSeek out opportunities to grow accounts
and branch sales by asking for referrals, speaking with clients
about add-on services, products and equipment, and logging leads
