Job Description:

Granite Petroleum, Inc. is a General Contractor and Subcontractor specializing in Fuel Facility Design and Construction. -We have an immediate need for an experienced, working Superintendent.Essential Functions:Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of contract documents and project requirements.Direct the day-to-day on-site coordination and management of field crews, including subcontractors.Coordinate and assist field crews and subcontractors in layout and work activities.Monitor and manage project costs, including labor, equipment, and materials.Assist in the development and implementation of the project schedule including weekly schedule updates, development of short term "look-ahead" - schedules, and the ability to adjust the schedule as needed to meet project milestone dates.Direct all job site activities in accordance with the project-specific accident prevention program to ensure the safety of employees, subcontractors and the public.Implement and manage the project-specific quality control program, executing its performance according to contract requirements and completing administrative documentation as required.Required Minimum Licenses/Certifications:Current Driver's License is required.Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Preferred Minimum Experience/Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of full-time, verifiable Commercial/Industrial/Government experience as a Superintendent is preferred.Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification is preferred.OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety Training is preferred.Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate is preferred.Required education: -High school or equivalent.To apply: -Please respond to this posting via email with your resume which includes contact information, qualifications, work experience, licenses/certifications, and professional references.
