Position Summary: The Central Services Tech performs routine
duties/transportation within the limits of documented training in
caring for the hospitalized patient. Demonstrates knowledge of
age-specific principles when choosing appropriate equipment or
transportation needs. Performs other related duties incidental to
the work described herein. Performs routine duties documented
training in the daily care of cleaning an Operating Room Suite and
the transfer of equipment to Sterile Processing.
Minimum Requirements: Must be able to read, write and communicate
effectively with others. Must possess physical/emotional
stamina.
Education/Licenses/Certifications: A high school diploma or GED is
required.
