The F5 solution, now combined with NGINX, bridges the gap between NetOps and DevOps with multi-cloud application services that span from code to customer. This role is at the forefront of establishing cutting-edge opportunistic sales motions using AI and automation, digital marketing and big data and analytics to drive impactful demand response and targeted sales coverage. We are looking for a customer obsessed, experienced Digital Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. You possess a sales management and technical background that enables them to recruit, develop, and lead a team of Digital Sales representatives. You will be on site to provide real time mentoring and training for a Digital Sales team to prospect, engage with customers, and close new deals. What Youll Do Provide mentoring and training to: develop a data driven team to scale and drive growth of Digital Sales through solution selling; deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients by identifying their digital business needs, gaps, and opportunities; using data to understand where customers are in their journey to provide the right experience at the right time Understand how to utilize digital ecosystems to keep customers informed to meet their needs Accountable for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members and lead the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse effective workplace Track, understand, and be held accountable to various program metrics, such as calls per Account Manager, number of meetings, number of deals closed, overall team production, and more; drive behavior necessary to meet and exceed these targets Support Digital Sales Account Managers with quarterly sales action plans and redirect activities to ensure improved performance Drive continuous improvement throughout the team, raising improvement suggestions to the Digital Sales Lead Influence and participate in the quota setting process at the team/individual level Provide direction, development and inspiration to your team members in the organization Understand F5s business/industry and uses that knowledge to plan for the future Who You Are 4 years of shown success in a digital sales function and digital sales management/supervisory management experience Excited and motivated by the fact that your measured performance will drive your compensation and career growth Fanatical about execution and continuous professional development and improvement Have a proven track record of exceeding performance goals Goal-oriented and have accountability for your work Outstanding eye for business and able to use technology depth, breadth, signals, and data to understand opportunities to shape business growth initiatives Able to work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities Able to utilize digital sales tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals Comfortable with developing, implementing, managing and executing through influence across a cross-functional set of senior stakeholders Adaptable in a rapidly changing environment Leadership Blueprint Competency Requirements Accountability Holding self and others accountable for keeping commitments and delivering the best possible performance Authenticity Showing a genuine, accessible, and caring side that builds trust, mutual support, and credibility Communication Ensuring that communications channels are open that information and ideas are flowing Excellence Orientation Striving to be the best that one can be and to improve ones own potential in helping F5 succeed.
