Our client is looking for a Support Specialist who provides
administrative support for a department, project, or program that

Support Specialist Responsibilities
An associate in this job title may perform the following duties.

Aids in coordinating project, program, or customer service
Assists with coordinating day-to-day activities with other

Sets up and maintains files and record keeping systems. Files and

regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank
Security and other regulations as applicable to this job

Support Specialist Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
One year of administrative, customer service and problem-solving
Knowledge of administrative, customer service and problem-solving
practices and office procedures.
Ability to establish and maintain electronic and manual filing and
record keeping systems.
Ability to perform data entry and basic written communication.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide quality customer service.
Ability to communicate effectively with other associates and
