SummaryTHIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.This National Guard position is for a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, Position Description Number T5802200 and is part of the 141st Air Refueling Wing, National Guard.Location: 141 ARWAppointment Type: PermanentLearn more about this agency ResponsibilitiesAs a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, GS-2003-9, you will:Possess and maintain all required Client Administrator (CSA) certifications in accordance with Air Force guidance and Department of Defense Directive 8570.01 o plan. coordinate, monitor, and administer the operation, security and maintenance of DOD computer systems.Provide troubleshooting and assistance to personnel in analyzing and resolving operational program problems through the application of automated supply systems. Plan, coordinate, monitor, and administer the operation, security, and maintenance of computer systems.Apply downward and lateral directed technology enhancing computer support and managing analytical data.Coordinate with COS management and others when computer support is lost.Serve as the primary Client Support Administrator (CSA) for LRS. Monitors the use of all computer systems.Act as Supply Asset Tracking System (SATS) administrator. Loads and maintains database in hand held terminals and performs general administrative functions.Install and maintain computer hardware and software; monitor all computer projects; conduct training on the operation of computer equipment and to all assigned personnel.Work with management to evaluate problems and advise of required actions when computer support is lost and to restore support as soon as feasible. Work with LRS Flight Superintendents to coordinate the recovery of all transaction activity after computer support has been restored.Maintain accountability files for hardware and software programs assigned to the organization and manage the accountability for Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) with the Commander, unit ADPE custodians, and the Base Equipment Control Officer (ECO).Reset and re-enable user-id for assigned personnel.
