Newly opened in the fall of 2018, Inland Northwest Behavioral Health is a modern, standalone psychiatric hospital in Spokane, WA. We feature 100-beds and serve adolescent and adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders. We provide a wide range of services and programs that offer evidence-based treatment proven to have positive outcomes for our patients. Our inpatient and outpatient services offer supportive and compassionate care through specialty programs that are tailored to meet the needs of our patients.

Position details:

  • This position is part time, 24 hours per week
  • NOC shift
  • 12 hour shifts
  • 7:00pm to 7:30am
  • Sunday and Monday

Mental Health Technician (MHT) Job Requirements:


  • Current Washington State Nursing Assistant Registration.
  • Current BLS, First Aide, Handle with Care and Verbal De-Escalation certifications, provided by INBH


  • Two (2) years of related patient care experience; knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness
  • Nursing Assistant Certification
