The Software Developer II is responsible for
designing, documenting, developing and supporting custom software
solutions for STCU using modern programing languages independently
with little supervision. This position will work in an effective
member of an Agile/SCRUM team and work with subject matter experts
and stakeholders to ensure our custom software solutions meet the
needs of the credit union.

by designing, developing, testing and deploying custom software
solutions using programming languages and services such as.NET/C#,
- Ensure consistent and repeatable delivery of our custom
software applications by working as a supportive and contributing
member of a development team within an Agile/SCRUM environment
performing code reviews, database development, interacting with
dependent systems, executing APIs, supporting the Continuous
Deployment system and executing deployments across all
- Ensure applications are operational, performant and responsive
by reviewing logs, responding to alerts, fixing bugs, working help
tickets and performing maintenance on our systems to ensure maximum

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer
science or related field.
Job Experience: Minimum of three years’
experience in software development.
Software Skills: Must have .NET/C#,
Must have a minimum three years’ experience developing custom
software applications using modern programming languages.
Minimum one-year experience developing or integrating with
web-based APIs, source control such as Git and Continuous
Integration platforms like TeamCity is required.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook,
Word, Excel and Teams.
