Sr. Help Desk Specialist

This is a direct hire full time position in Spokane, WA.
We seek a candidate that has worked with a Managed IT Services
Company providing direct support to end users. -You have worked out
of a call queue and ticketing system (e.g. ConnectWise or similar).
-You should have strong end user/PC support and troubleshooting
experience, ability to troubleshoot/resolve issues related to
server back-ups, anti-virus updates, and patching, understand
DNS/DHCP/AD/Group Policies, Office 365, and is able to
troubleshoot/resolve basic network and server issues.
You will be the initial contact for escalated calls so an ability
to assess, prioritize and determine a speedy resolution path will
Education: - Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent
Experience: -2+ years of related experience including-
Experienced in PC hardware installation, configuration, and
Proficiency in Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7,
Understanding of Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows
Small Business Server 2003, Office 2003, Office 2007, Citrix, VoIP,
Active Directory, NTFS Permissions, and video conferencing
Extensive knowledge in software and image creation/deployment via
3rd party software (Altiris, Ghost, etc.) and scripting
Computer Skills : Experience with the following computer
applications is highly desired: Microsoft Office products (Outlook,
Word, Excel, Visio); Internet, Intranet
Drug Test : Eligible employees must be able to pass a post-offer,
pre-employment drug test which includes marijuana.
