Executive Assistant - Communications and Customer Service
Spokane Transit is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant for our Communications and Customer service division. If you are an experienced Executive Assistant with an enthusiastic attitude, integrity, able to anticipate department needs, and have a customer service heart with a commitment to providing support to this great team then please apply!

  • Well organized in a fast paced environment
  • Experienced with tracking and forecasting budgets
  • Possess an acute awareness to detail
  • Adept at composing letters and presentations
  • Adaptable when managing multiple projects

    • At least 5 years of progressively more responsible clerical and secretarial work or a combination of education and work experience
    • Advanced MS Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Ability to keyboard proficiently while retaining accuracy with spelling, numbers and grammar


      • Experience preparing committee packets and recording minutes
      • Experience drafting, composing, editing internal and external executive correspondence

        • Salary range $50,952 - $68,283 DOE
