--- Responsible for delivery of most Credit Union products and services to new and existing members; i.e., taking loan applications, opening and closing deposit accounts, IRAs, ATM services, EDNA, etc., including completing appropriate documents and taking initial deposits.

--- Interview loan applicants in person and by phone, gathering required information for credit application, explaining loan options, rates, terms and collateral requirements, provide general and specific loan information and disburse funds accordingly

--- Responsible for finding and recommending additional service opportunities to the members.

--- Maintain monthly reports of all loan and deposit account activities as required by management.

--- Responsible for actively promoting marketing efforts and to help evaluate effectiveness and quality of delivery of services and make recommendations.

--- Answer all phone inquiries and cover co-workers calls when necessary.

--- Responsible for keeping accurate, up to date procedures of functions performed.

--- Maintenance of accounts which includes: removing joint owner(s), name changes, beneficiary changes, new services, place necessary codes on accounts and accept information and follow-up on deceased member accounts.

--- Responsible for understanding account ownership structure, i.e., Living Trusts, UTTMAs, Deceased accounts and issue of ownership of funds, individual and joint accounts and business accounts.

--- Cross sell Credit Union products and services

--- Handles all monetary transactions for members (i.e., deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, cashier's checks and more)

--- Will travel locally between branches based off the assignment from the Branch Manager and the needs of the branches.

--- Minimum Qualifications: Two years related experience (sales, retail, financial). Must be proficient in the use of 10-key calculator. Typing skills required and good PC skills a must. Possess good organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize work.

--- Physical Requirements:

Requires the ability to remain on the phone for long periods of time.

Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time.

Requires the ability to listen and communicate effectively.

Requires the ability to use fingers to feel and handle various objects.

Requires the ability to walk, reach, bend and lift various objects using arms, hands and legs.

Requires the ability to use arms and hands to operate various office equipment.

Requires the ability to use clear and close vision and adjust focus.

Requires the ability to move freely around the Credit Union to other departments
