Description $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. This is applicable to new, external hires to Providence. Patient Attendant - Act Smmc Ams at Providence St. Mary Medical Center This position will be working 48 hours per 2 week pay period, 12 hour day shifts. The Patient Attendant functions under the direct supervision of the Department Manager. The Patient Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure that the assigned patient(s) remains safe. This may include close, continuous observation to maintain patient safety, comfort, and a safe patient care environment. Basic patient care tasks may be delegated by the Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager and or Delegate. The Patient Attendant will document all patient observation and care activities. Also performs non-direct patient care duties as assigned. Required qualifications:
