Carpool opportunities are available. QUALIFICATIONS: High school
diploma or GED required. Previous experience working with youth
recreation, education or related field preferred. Previous
experience in program leadership or staff/volunteer coordination
desired. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including;
holidays, nights and weekends. Must be willing to obtain Lifeguard
Certification and Professional Rescuer First Aid and CPR
certification within 6 months of hire. Must be able to pass a
Criminal Background Check. ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Hearing: within
normal limits with or without use of corrective hearing devices.
Vision: adequate to read 12-point type with or without use of
corrective lenses. Must be able to verbally interact with staff,
clients and public. Manual dexterity of hands/fingers for writing
and data entry. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Standing > 50% of the
day. Walking > 50% of the day. Pushing up to 40 lbs. Pulling up
to 40 lbs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures facilities are safe, clean and
equipment operates correctly. Oversees and supervises indoor play
area for safety and cleanliness. Facilitate wellness activities for
members of all ages. Ability to serve and respond to member
requests for sales at juice bar, pro shop and membership services.
Provide tours of facility to community as needed. Monitors
activities to ensure adherence to facility policy and regulations.
Knowledgeable in actively connecting members to services and
programming between facilities. Knowledgeable about daily
operations within Coeur Center for communication to members.
Monitors the scheduling, use, and maintenance of reservable areas
throughout the facility. Communicates directly with the community
to determine needs and interests. Cross trained with other WC/CC
departments and covers when necessary. Knowledgeable regarding
trends and techniques for events coordination and planning.
Understands Tribal cultural activities. Other duties as assigned.
